**Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. 

- Add-ons will NOT be offered. As a small business it is very difficult to keep up with this option therefore it will not be offered at this time.

- PLEASE double check your shipping address.  We will not be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

- Double Check and make sure that you added your email address at checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

- E-mails with tracking numbers are sent automatically when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.

Exchanges & Refunds

- Exchanges and/or refunds will not be offered for any reason. In the event that an exception to the cancellation policy is to be made a fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

- Once an order is placed ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
